Sirnak and many other cities were destroyed.
HDP Şırnak deputy Leyla Birlik said that the purpose of bringing such operations to the agenda was to create fear before the election and added that there is not any real threat to security of referendum.
The Birlik expressed the main fear of government is the crowd gathered during Newroz celebrations and is attitude of people. Birlik said: “The Kurds in the referendum have made clear their attitude. They showed that their choice is going to be NO. The collapsed city Cizre is the most concrete example of this. Despite all obstacles and destructions, people poured into the fields. The NO choice turned out to be strong. This is going to be an attempt to prevent this. They are trying to prevent the Kurds from going to their polls. “
