Paris Murder Case Is Dropped Before Its First Hearing

According to Evrensel.net, the case of 3 Kurdish women who are known to be PKK operatives were murdered in Paris is dropped after a single suspect in the case lost his life under custody. The case has not had its first hearing yet.

Three (3) Kurdish women, Sakine Cansız, Fidan Doğan and Leyla Şaylemez were murdered in Paris on January 9th, 2013. Murder case has been dropped even before the court could start hearings. The only suspect in the case was Ömer Güney. He died on December 17, 2016 just 36 days before the first hearing at court.

The court was supposed to convene between January 23 and February 24, 2017.
